I, Stefanie Preiss, originally studied solar physics. During this time, I was confronted with the death of my boyfriend. This profound event fundamentally changed my life. I was confronted with the limitations of the mind and realized that up until then, I had barely lived my life. Much of what I did was driven by fear, not by inner truth. That insight led me to search for the meaning of life, for true inner fulfillment, for freedom from fear, worry, and the internal, constructed prisons that I constantly carried within me.
Since then, I’ve been following the path of meditation, freedom, truth, and healing, and in 2010, I discovered my true nature—what we humans truly are at our core. Since 2011, I’ve been working as a meditation and spiritual guide, and in recent years, the shaman and healer is emerging within me. I support people on their journey to self-discovery in various formats and settings.
My vision and my inner drive is:
SACRED EARTH, SARCRED LIFE – Mother Earth and all life is sacred!
The YES and love for life itself and for the Earth is an inner attitude, experience, and way of life that everyone can find their way back to! And this is necessary for a life of peace, love, and fulfillment.
Community, an honest, and mutually supportive togetherness, are very important to me. In community, we heal. In community, we make new experiences and give birth to something new!
